Once there, select complete your order which will direct you to the checkout.
Fill in your address and contact details then select a delivery method. You can have it delivered to you at a shipping fee or you can opt to pick it from Jumia’s pickup station Proceed to payment where you can either use a bank transfer or MTN MoMo. Continue to the summary of your order and then cross-check to see whether everything is how you want it to be and then confirm your order.
Anything else to know about shipping using Jumia Global
The item is pre-paid for meaning you can not pay on delivery. You cannot cancel the order once you have confirmed it. Return of goods is only allowed for defective and wrong items. The delivery will take slightly more days as compared to products bought from within the country. The product you are buying is not built for Uganda, so it is not covered by any manufacturer warranty, except if the product was delivered defective.
There are some brands of products that are not available in Uganda and this is where shopping from overseas comes in handy. Jumia Global is here to help sort out that issue.
